From Pilot to Physicist By Toe Wen Jun

Is a physicist an old man in a grey lab coat? No way! With one ear pierced and a fit build, Dr. Adam Micolich proves physicists are cool. He is a Senior Lecturer andCondensed Matter Physicistin theSchool of Physics at UNSW.

"I have the best job in the world!” is the first thing he says to me.

No Limits

Adam says he is more of a "Jack of All Trades".

He is involved in just about everything - from teaching, to research and publishing, to supervising lab operations, performing measurements and calculations, troubleshooting, and managing research groups. There are no limits to the work he does.
