In the Future

In his spare time, Sam loves photography. He is most interested in the mechanics of the camera, but also has a passion for the artistic side. In the future, he hopes to work for a camera company. Sam hopes to design processors and light sensors for cameras.

Sam would also like to earn a PhD. He believes he would gain more knowledge and experience by doing a research project. He tells me, that to do research, "you really have to like physics because it’s like studying all your life.” However, Sam says it is worth it. Getting paid for what you love doing, and meeting some amazing people - but most importantly, pushing the boundaries of human knowledge.

But Sam isn't sure he is ready for this. Once he has completed his Honours degree, he wants to save enough money to go travelling.
