While at university, Glenda discovered she had a love forneurosurgical psychology.She was particularly interested in understanding how the brain works.

Her early interest was inAlzheimer’s Disease.However, she was also indirectly working on other diseases. “It’s like 2-up. You flip a coin and ask if it’s Alzheimer’s or not,” she says. She soon became interested in a whole range ofneurodegenerative diseases.
